A 53-year-old man recently died as a result of a fatal car accident this past week. However, Cincinnati police remain stumped as to how the man actually died in what they have described as a freak accident. It is more than likely that the investigation will lead to the conclusion that the accident was caused by inexperienced driving.

The accident took place during the morning rush hour in front of Mt. Airy Elementary School. According to the police, they received conflicting reports from eyewitnesses as to whether it was a child or a man who had been struck and killed.

According to information the police have since gathered, the deceased victim was driving westbound in the school parking lot in a 1998 Kia Sephia. He had a 46-year-old female passenger in the car. Apparently, the duo was in the parking lot trying to learn how to drive. Both the male and the female had only recently just moved to Cincinnati from Ghana in West Africa.

Whomever was driving the vehicle at the time of the car accident lost control. The car crashed into a tree and then continued into the adjacent roadway where it struck a southbound 1999 Honda Accord.

The driver of the Kia died from the impact of hitting his head on the tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

What remains a mystery is how he hit his head on the tree. Investigators have not been able to determine whether he was ejected from the car or whether the female passenger was actually driving the car while he was standing outside the car when it crashed into the tree. It is also possible that he was hanging outside the window of the car at the time of the crash.

The Cincinnati Police Traffic Unit is continuing in their investigation to look for clues as to how this mysterious accident occurred. The conclusions of their investigation will play an important role in any personal injury lawsuit that may be filed.
